Additional Information
• There will be a candlelight reflection on the Christmas Story following dinner.
• The event is a potluck dinner. The main entrée will be provided.
• Please let us know if someone has any food allergies.
• On the back of the ticket, there is a list of the “potluck suggestions” based on the attendee’s last name as follows:
A-I = Dessert
J-R = Appetizer / Salad / Side Dish
S-Z = Vegetable / Side Dish
• Tables will already be decorated. No need to add decorations or customize the centerpieces at the tables. We want everyone to enjoy the evening without the stress of having to decorate their table.
• Tables will be reserved. Upon arrival on the day of the event, there will be a check-in table indicating at which table everyone will be seated.
• Tables will have 8 or 10 women maximum.
• The tables of 8 will be round tables.
• The tables of 10 will be made with two 8-foot tables together to form a square.
• If you are interested in helping us decorate on Saturday, December 7 from 1 - 3:00 pm or cleanup after the event on Sunday, December 8 from 7:30 - 9:00 pm,
