During Faith Formation Sessions:
K-5 Catechist: You would be sharing your faith with one of our faith formation classes. Class sizes are between 7-10 kids. You will be given all materials, training and support that you want or need. We offer childcare if you have little ones that you can't leave at home. When registering, type in the grade you would like to teach in the Special Learning Needs (you will see how to do this in the video in step 5) $90 tuition discount
Core Member: You would lead a small group of pre-teens (grades 6-8) in a personal relational ministry. The classes are divided by grade and gender and our goal is to have the catechists stay with their group throughout the 3 years of the program. We offer childcare if you have little ones that you can't leave at home. $90 tuition discount
Hall Monitor: During either the Edge or the K-5 class nights, we need adults to watch the halls. They will both make sure that the kids are not wandering the halls aimlessly, but also they are making sure there are no unauthorized adults wandering the halls either. Overall, making sure that our kids are safe and where they are supposed to be. $45 tuition discount
Childcare: We have catechists that would love to help us out but can't unless they can bring their little ones with them. For these catechists we offer childcare where you would hang out and play with them in the nursery during classes. $45 tuition discount
Office Help: we need someone to answer the phone and take messages during classes. Typically the calls are from parents that are letting us know that their kids won't be in, or will be late or picked up early, or catechists to let us know if they are running late, etc. You will need to prepare missed lesson packets and you will be provided all training necessary. $45 tuition discount
Substitute Catechist: Sometimes our catechists need to miss a session and we need some back up catechists that could fill in for them. We give all the material needed to teach the classes and have grade level coordinators ready to help answer any questions you might have. We offer childcare if you have a little one you can't leave at home.
All positions would need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to sessions starting and stay approximately 10-15 minutes after sessions end.
